Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. We focus on mindset, habits, leadership, and performance. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.

Show up honestly and on time to scheduled sessions.
Take ownership for your decisions, actions, and results.
Use the content, tools, and frameworks at your own discretion and risk.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms, renewal options, and cancellation policies are communicated during onboarding or in your agreement for coaching, programs, or workshops. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in that agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All OnePlay Coaching content, including the OnePlay framework, worksheets, presentations, branding, and materials, is owned by OnePlay Coaching unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, share, or sell this content without prior written permission, except for personal use as a client or participant.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high-quality, practical guidance, outcomes are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePlay Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or services.
